(it goes by checksum, so yes the new revision won't be immediately recognized)Are you running on retroarch? Odd that it didn't give you the prompt. It should prompt you to link the rom to a game. I'm able to get achievements with unmodded Mega Man X, and I'm able to patch and run Hard-Type so I'm guessing it's the revision difference that's breaking achievements. Much thanks to Lockirby2 for helping to pin down some particularly annoying bugs, and providing some savestates.Īny chance of updating these to v2.2.2 of the hack? When I patch the file with that version and run the game, I'm given a notification that the game doesn't feature achievements.
